Delete Your Account & Data

You have the right to permanently delete your Stomp account and all associated personal data at any time.

What gets deleted

Account credentials and email address

All recorded runs and activity history

All saved and generated routes

Trophies, XP, level, and challenge progress

Profile information and avatar

Any other personal data stored by Stomp

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered. Firestore backups may retain data for up to 30 days before they are overwritten.

How to delete your account

Recommended Delete in-app

Open Stomp → go to the Profile tab → tap Delete Account. Your account and all data will be removed immediately.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access your account, email us at support@stomprun.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and include the email address linked to your account. We will process your request within 7 days.
